From the once vibrant port of Milford to the tiny inlets and safe havens of Pembrokeshire there survives a tradition of inshore fishing handed down from generation to generation. It is a tradition well worth the preserving and supporting - a tradition of locally sourced seafood that sits well alongside the produce of a predominantly agricultural county.
